Richard Hinz is a business growth and financial strategy expert with over 25 years of experience helping business owners take control of their money, and their future.
As a CPA, licensed tax agent, and previously the Managing Director of Presidential Accounting, Richard has worked with hundreds of small businesses across Australia to simplify their finances, reduce tax stress, and unlock sustainable growth.
But Profit Max was born from something deeper.
After years of working with salon and beauty business owners, Richard saw the same pattern over and over: passionate people doing great work, but constantly under pressure, struggling to pay themselves, drowning in debt, and feeling like they were failing behind the scenes.
He knew there had to be a better way.
